Prediction: Gas to top $4.00 a gallon

Police may be one step closer to finding out who`s responsible for a rash of gas siphonings in Bismarck. Three people were caught red handed trying to steal gas from Weisz and Sons Incorporated at 2:45 Saturday morning. One person was covered in gas.
