Jan. 6 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Gazprom , Russia’s gas-export monopoly, reduced deliveries to Europe via Ukraine by more than 75 percent and may cut supplies “completely,” said Oleh Dubina , the chief executive officer at Ukraine’s state energy company.

A gas contract dispute between Moscow and Kiev has not caused feared shortages of natural gas in European countries, which are fed from pipes running through Ukraine.

European countries are not reporting any shortages of natural gas after Russia reduced volumes shipped to Ukraine in a contract dispute between Moscow and Kyiv. Talks between the two sides remain suspended in a disagreement over the price of gas for 2009.
