Traffic stop leads to arrest of Rohnert Park man

By RANDI ROSSMANN THE PRESS DEMOCRAT A CHP traffic stop on a car with a suspended registration turned up a suspected burglar carrying tools for gas siphoning and stolen items, the CHP reported Tuesday.
