Report Ranks Minnesota’s Transportation, Ranks 18 Out of 50 Overall (FOX 9 News Twin Cities)
In an annual Reason Foundation study that measures each state's road conditions, expenditures and a variety of other factors, Minnesota ranks 18th in overall performance and cost-effectiveness. Minnesota ranks 5th in deficient bridges, second to worst in traffic congestion and second to best in fewest traffic deaths.
